Frequently Asked Questions

What facilities are on site?

Twerton Village Hall has toilets on site, including an accessible toilet.

What do I need to bring?

You are welcome to bring your own mat, however I do have mats, blocks and straps for you to use. It’s a good idea to bring a bottle of water.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing that won’t restrict your movement is recommended.

I have never tried yoga, is this class suitable for me?

I always endeavour to make everyone feel welcome at my classes and give you modifications so you can go at a pace/level that feels comfortable for you. There is so much more to yoga than how flexible/fit/strong you are, so please do not let this put you off! If you are still unsure and would like to book a 1:1 introductory session, please get in touch: mila@kulayogabath.co.uk

When should I arrive?

I ask that you arrive 10 minutes before class starts, or at least in good time to allow you to get your mat out, check in with others and get settled. I do understand how things that are out of our control can prevent us from getting to where we need to be on time, so if you are running late, please arrive quietly and get settled with as little disruption as possible to the rest of the class. Thank you!

What is access to the venue like?

Access to the venue is step free.

Do you have parking?

There is an onsite car park for anyone driving to class.
