Frequently Asked Questions

What facilities do you have?

We have two toilets and two single occupancy changing rooms with showers, one of which is accessible.

What do I need to bring?

You are welcome to bring your own mat, however we do have mats, blocks and straps for you to use. It’s a good idea to bring a bottle of water.

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing that won’t restrict your movement is recommended.

I have never tried yoga, which class should I try first?

Our beginners’ class is designed with you in mind; however, our teachers will welcome you and give you modifications in any of our classes. If you are not sure which class may be best for you, or you'd like to book a 1:1 introductory session please get in touch: hello@kulayogabath.co.uk

When should I arrive?

We ask our yogis to arrive 10 minutes before class starts. This allows time to get your mat out, check in with the teacher and get settled. The teacher reserves the right to deny access to anyone arriving after the class has started as this can be disruptive and unfair to the rest of the class.

What is access to the venue like?

There is a step into the hall. We do have a ramp for pushchairs and wheelchairs we use when required. We are more than happy to assist anyone with accessing the space. If you have any accessibility questions please do get in touch.

Do you have parking?

We encourage cycling and walking wherever possible. We have a small courtyard garden with bicycle parking. There is unrestricted parking on surrounding streets.
