This retreat is designed to help you transition through the seasons, as we embrace the shift from spring to summer with nourishing movement, meditation and breathwork. Retreat Schedule: 10:00 - 10:30 AM – Welcome & Breathwork 10:30 - 11:15 AM – Morning Yoga 11:15 - 11:45 AM – Meditation & Relaxation 11:45 AM - 12:15 PM – Break 12:15 - 12:30 PM – Grounding Yoga Outside 12:30 - 1:15 PM – Nervous System Regulation 2:00 - 2:20 PM – Grounding Meditation 2:20 - 3:30 PM – Afternoon Yoga 3:30 - 4:00 PM – Break & Closing What You’ll Experience: Morning Yoga: A detoxifying and invigorating practice. We'll flow through poses and end with some breath work and meditation. Afternoon Yoga: A deeply restorative, grounding session to support balance and reflection. Meditation: Practices to harness spring’s energy. Nervous System Regulation: Gentle techniques to soothe the nervous system, reduce stress, and restore a sense of inner calm. Learn practical tools to support resilience and balance in daily life.
